Is therapy right for me?
Therapy can be helpful whether you’re navigating something specific or simply feeling curious about yourself and your patterns. You don’t need to be in crisis to begin — many people come to therapy seeking clarity, support, or deeper connection.

What types of therapy do you offer?
We provide: Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy and Group Therapy. Our approach is holistic and evidence-based. We work with clients who are 14+
How long is a therapy session?
Sessions are between 55-60 minutes in length, we do offer 90 min sessions upon request.
Is this therapy culturally inclusive?
Do you work with neurodivergent folks and people of all sexual orientations and gender identities?
Yes. Awakening Roots Therapy offers an affirming, respectful space for neurodivergent people and for folks of all sexual orientations and gender identities. Our approach honors difference, lived experience, and consent, rather than pathologizing or trying to “fix” who you are.
Therapy is collaborative and paced with care, with attention to access needs, nervous system rhythms, and what helps you feel supported and safe.
Are services covered by insurance?
Receipts are provided, and services may be eligible for coverage through extended health benefits. Please check with your provider.
